I finally got the property back in my name but it needed complete renovation before tenants could move in. Olympia got it done in three weeks and project managed the whole thing.
She even dealt with every single agent for me and helped with access for marketing photos, viewings and onboarding new tenants, so that I did not have to even think about it any more. She will turn what is a council complaint tenancy with the local authorities involved, into a calm and resolved tenancy so I can just focus on receiving my rental income with happy tenants.
